Glass in building - Adhesive backed polymeric filmed glass - Part 1: Definitions and descriptions

This European Standard defines the characteristics, properties and classification of adhesive backed polymeric filmed glass, i.e. glass that has had an adhesive backed polymeric film applied, for use in buildings. This standard does not apply to adhesive backed polymeric films manufactured from polyvinylchloride (PVC).

Die vorliegende Europäische Norm definiert die Merkmale, Eigenschaften und die Klassifizierung von Glas mit selbstklebende Polymerfolie für die Verwendung in Gebäuden, d. h. von Glas, auf das eine selbstklebende Polymerfolie aufgebracht wurde.
Die vorliegende Norm gilt nicht für selbstklebende Polymerfolien, die aus Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) gefertigt wurden.

La présente Norme européenne se rapporte aux caractéristiques, aux propriétés et à la classification du verre revêtu d’un film polymère adhésif c'est-à-dire, le verre sur lequel est appliqué un film polymère adhésif pour une utilisation dans les bâtiments.
La présente norme ne s'applique pas aux films polymères adhésifs qui sont fabriqués à partir du polychlorure de vinyle (PVC).

1 Scope
This European Standard defines the characteristics, properties and classification of adhesive backed
polymeric filmed glass, i.e. glass that has had an adhesive backed polymeric film applied, for use in buildings.
This standard does not apply to adhesive backed polymeric films manufactured from polyvinylchloride (PVC).
