Slurry surfacing - Specification for airfields
This document describes the performance requirements and control procedures for the
installation of slurry surfacing on airfields as a product for the surface treatment of areas
trafficked by Aircraft (e.g. runways on „low” trafficked airfields, aprons and taxiways).
NOTE The installation of slurry surfacing on airfields requires experience and skills
from both the Client and the Contractor. The suitability of the product for a particular
airfield application and the capability of the contractor have to be considered carefully in
every case.
This document does not apply to small areas of slurry surfacing that are less than 500 m2
which are not contiguous (for example minor repairs).

Dieses Dokument beschreibt die Leistungsanforderungen und Prüfverfahren für den Einbau dünner Asphaltschichten in Kaltbauweise auf Flugplätzen als Produkt für die Oberflächenbehandlung der von Luftfahrzeugen befahrenen Flächen (z. B. Start und Landebahnen von Flugplätzen mit „geringem“ Verkehrsaufkommen, Vorfelder und Rollbahnen).
ANMERKUNG Der Einbau dünner Asphaltschichten in Kaltbauweise auf Flugplätzen erfordert sowohl vom Auftraggeber als auch vom Auftragnehmer Erfahrung und besondere Qualifikationen. Die Eignung des Produkts für eine bestimmte Anwendung auf Flugplätzen und die Qualifikation des Auftragnehmers müssen in jedem Einzelfall sorgfältig abgewägt werden.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für dünne Asphaltschichten in Kaltbauweise mit einer Fläche von weniger als 500 m2, die nicht aneinandergrenzen (zum Beispiel kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten).

Matériaux bitumineux coulés à froid - Spécifications relatives aux aérodromes
Le présent document décrit les exigences de performance ainsi que les procédures de contrôle relatives à la mise en œuvre des matériaux bitumineux coulés à froid sur les aérodromes, produits destinés au traitement de surface des zones de circulation des avions (pistes d'aérodromes à faible trafic, aires de stationnement et voies de circulation, par exemple).
NOTE La mise en œuvre des matériaux bitumineux coulés à froid sur les aérodromes nécessite de l'expérience et des compétences de la part du client et de l’applicateur. L'aptitude du produit à une application particulière sur un aérodrome et les capacités de l’applicateur doivent être soigneusement examinées dans chaque cas.
Ce document ne s'applique pas aux matériaux bitumineux coulés à froid sur de petites surfaces inférieures à 500 m2 et non contiguës (réparations mineures, par exemple).
