This draft amendment prAA, if approved, will modify the European Standard FprEN IEC 62841-4-11:2026; it is submitted to CENELEC
members for enquiry.
Deadline for CENELEC: 2026-07-03.
It has been drawn up by CLC/TC 116.
If this draft becomes an amendment, CENELEC members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which
stipulate the conditions for giving this amendment the status of a national standard without any alteration.
This draft amendment was established by CENELEC in three official versions (English, French, German).
A version in any other language made by translation under the responsibility of a CENELEC member into its own language and notified to
the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre has the same status as the official versions.
CENELEC members are the national electrotechnical committees of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic,

21 This document supplements or modifies the corresponding clauses in EN 62841-1:2015 and all of its
22 amendments and corrigenda (if any), so as to convert it into the European Standard: Particular requirements
23 for edgers.
24 Where a particular subclause of Part 1 is not mentioned in this document, that subclause applies as far as
25 relevant. When this document states “addition”, “modification” or “replacement”, the relevant text in Part 1 is to
26 be adapted accordingly.
27 Clauses, subclauses, notes, tables, figures and annexes which are additional to those in IEC 62841-4-11:2026
28 are prefixed “Z”.
29 This document follows the overall requirements of EN ISO 12100:2010.
