Ta dokument določa metodo za določevanje triazola (TZ) v sečnini ali gnojilih, ki vsebujejo sečnino, v prisotnosti diciandiamida oz. metilpirazola, z uporabo plinske kromatografije (GC). Triazol se določa s plinsko kromatografijo. Zaznava poteka prek kvadrupola. Pri analizi se uporablja zunanja kalibracijska točka. Pri kalibraciji je treba ustrezno upoštevati sečnino ali raztopino amonijevega nitrata in sečnine ter druge zaviralce nitrifikacije, npr. diciandiamid oz. metilpirazol, ki sta prisotna v njih (matrični interferenčni učinek).
