CLC/TC 65X/WG 02 - Smart Manufacturing
WG2 is tasked with observing the Smart Manufacturing activities on IEC, ISO and other standardization bodies and fora. WG2 monitors relevant parallel voting procedures and is responsible for reflecting European regulations, directives, etc. when such standards will become EN IEC, i.e. reporting these for actions and decisions by CLC/TC 65X. WG2 discusses EU ESPR, DPP system and relevant DPP data requirements and how these can be supported by TC65 and TC65X. WG2 monitors CEN/CLC/JTC 24 “Digital Product Passport - Framework and System” activities, reviews and align the comments in the documents, supports TC65 and TC65X standards with appropriate proposals and identify additional standardisation needs for TC65 and TC65X.
